Adding an article

Creating an Article

Articles are the core of your knowledge base. They allow customers to find answers on their own, saving your team from answering repeat questions. Keep explanations clear and straightforward. Common formats include how-to guides and step-by-step tutorials — but feel free to use the tone and structure that fits your brand.
