Where does the social profile info come from?

You may have noticed that when you enter a conversation on the customer profile/sidebar you see information on customers you haven't provided.

UserDeck pulls in data from a 3rd party called FullContact to bring in social profiles such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as well as other public info on your customers.

If your customers would like to change their profile information you can direct them the FullContact claim page.
