How to Change Status or Assigned User for Emails

To update the status or reassign emails in UserDeck, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your UserDeck account.

  2. Navigate to the Conversations section.

  3. Select the email or conversation you want to update.

  4. To change the status (e.g., Open, Pending, Closed):

    • Look for the Status dropdown or button within the conversation view.

    • Select the desired status.

  5. To change the assigned user (the team member responsible):

    • Find the Assignee or Assigned To field.

    • Choose the appropriate team member from the list.

  6. Your changes will save automatically or after clicking a Save or Update button.
