How to Search or Filter Conversations
To quickly find specific conversations in UserDeck, you can use the search and filter features:
Log in to your UserDeck account.
Go to the Conversations section.
Use the Search bar at the top to type keywords such as customer names, email addresses, or message content.
Apply Filters to narrow down conversations by criteria like:
Status (e.g., open, closed)
Priority
Tags
Assigned
The conversation list will update automatically based on your search or filter selection.
