How to Check For New Messages In Your Shared Inbox

To view your conversations in UserDeck, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your UserDeck account.

2. Navigate to the Conversations section from the main menu.

3. Here, you will see a list of all your recent conversations with customers.

4. Click on any conversation to open and read the messages exchanged.

5. You can reply directly within the conversation window.
