Creating a new guide

A Guide is a knowledge base system. You can create multiple Guides per account depending on the plan. Multiple Guides are great for those who have multiple websites or a multiple business and want to be able to easily manage them all.

To create a new Guide, navigate to the control panel.

Determine what title you want to give your new knowledge base. A common theme is "Business Name" suffixed by "Support" or "Help". So the fictional Dunder Mifflin company could be Dunder Mifflin Support.

If you have more than one Guide, you will use the dropdown at the top navigation bar which will let you switch context between Guides.
