Installing using WordPress plugin

Add Knowledge Base to any WordPress site

You can find the UserDeck plugin on the WordPress plugin directory.

Step 1 - Create a UserDeck account

  • Before you can start using the Knowledge Base, you will need to create a UserDeck account.

  • If you already have an account, skip to Step 2.

Step 2 - Install the Plugin

  • Go to the admin panel for the WordPress site where you want to install the Knowledge Base.

  • Navigate to Plugins > Add New in the left sidebar.

  • Search for UserDeck in the plugin search bar.

  • Click Install Now next to the UserDeck plugin.

  • After installation, click Activate to enable the plugin.

Step 3 - Set Up the Plugin

  • In the left sidebar, go to Settings > UserDeck.

  • Click on Connect to UserDeck.

  • Log in with your UserDeck account. If you don’t have one, you can sign up directly from the login form.

  • Choose your integration method:

    • Create a new page

    • Add to an existing page

    • Copy and paste the shortcode manually
