Add Knowledge Base to any WordPress site
You can find the UserDeck plugin on the WordPress plugin directory.
Step 1 - Create a UserDeck account
Before you can start using the Knowledge Base, you will need to create a UserDeck account.
If you already have an account, skip to Step 2.
Step 2 - Install the Plugin
Go to the admin panel for the WordPress site where you want to install the Knowledge Base.
Navigate to Plugins > Add New in the left sidebar.
Search for UserDeck in the plugin search bar.
Click Install Now next to the UserDeck plugin.
After installation, click Activate to enable the plugin.
Step 3 - Set Up the Plugin
In the left sidebar, go to Settings > UserDeck.
Click on Connect to UserDeck.
Log in with your UserDeck account. If you donβt have one, you can sign up directly from the login form.
Choose your integration method:
Create a new page
Add to an existing page
Copy and paste the shortcode manually
