Ratings help you determine if an article is helpful and whether it needs to be rewritten, improved, or removed. Each user can rate an article only once.
How to view ratings:
Find the article in the control panel.
Check the top right section of the page to see its ratings.
Helpful: Indicates users found the article useful.
Unhelpful: Indicates users found the article not useful.
If an article has many helpful ratings and few unhelpful ones, itβs effective for customers. If it has more unhelpful ratings than helpful, consider revising or rewriting it.
