How to Create a Knowledge Base

Follow these steps to create a Knowledge Base in UserDeck:

1. Go to Knowledge Base Settings

Navigate to the Knowledge Base section under Settings.

2. Click Create Knowledge Base

Click the Create Knowledge Base button to start the setup process.

3. Enter Basic Information & Permissions

Fill in the basic details such as:

  • Knowledge Base Name

  • Permissions – Assign access levels to team members

4. Provide General Information

In this step, you can add:

  • Public Name

  • Install URL – Where your Knowledge Base will be embedded or hosted

5. Customize Your Knowledge Base

Within the Knowledge Base tab, you can add custom details such as:

  • Branding elements

  • Additional configuration options

  • Other relevant metadata


Once completed, your Knowledge Base will be ready for content and publication.
