After setting up your email in the app, you can customize how your messages appear to recipients.
Step 1: Go to Conversation Settings
Navigate to the Conversation Settings, then open the Messaging tab.
Step 2: Choose Your "From" Name
You have two options for how your messages will appear in the "From" field:
Mailbox Name
User Name
Select the option that fits your communication style — and that’s it!
