What Are Canned Responses?
Canned responses are pre-written replies that help you respond quickly to common questions or messages.
Getting Started
Once you’ve set up your email in the app, follow these steps to create a canned response:
Go to the Canned Responses tab under Conversation Settings.
Click New Canned Response.
Enter your message content and click Save.
That’s it! Your canned response is now ready to use and can be selected when replying to conversations.
